Planning to host your event at a Chicago Park District location or a Forest Preserve? You’ll likely need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to comply with their permit requirements. We make it simple to obtain the required documentation so your event goes off without a hitch.

📄 What is a COI?

A Certificate of Insurance is official proof of liability insurance coverage, required by most public spaces such as:

• Chicago Park District

• Cook County Forest Preserves

• Schools, Churches, & Private Venues

It ensures that your event—and the rented equipment—is covered in case of unexpected incidents.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• COI turnaround time is 48–72 hours (2–3 business days)

• Rush requests (within 24 hours) may be accommodated — please call before checkout

• The name on the COI MUST match the name on your permit

• COI will be delivered via email to the contact on file

• Non-refundable once issued
